Making the Grade: A Guide
to Success for Corporate-Aboriginal Initiatives.
Making the Grade is a toolkit commissioned
by members of the Industry Council for Aboriginal
Business to assist Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal
business with developing and building effective
relationships by drawing from the experiences
of successful joint initiatives in British Columbia
and Yukon. It identifies the business cases,
tools and effective practices of corporate and
Aboriginal organizations in achieving success.
It also offers a checklist that you can use to
assess the readiness of your organization to
pursue a joint initiative.
